To continue the long-term growth of our company and ensure to be prepared for future challenges and opportunities, BINDER has further developed its management structure. As part of this adjustment, three additional Managing Directors have been appointed to the management team of BINDER GmbH by CEO Peter Michael Binder. These significant changes will take effect on July 1, 2024.
The long-standing executives and current Vice Presidents Michael Binder-Pfaff, Peter Wimmer, and Benjamin Jeuthe will be appointed as managing directors of BINDER GmbH. Their previous areas of responsibility will remain unchanged. Michael Binder-Pfaff, as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), will lead sales and marketing, Peter Wimmer, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO), will be responsible for product policy, and Benjamin Jeuthe, as Chief Operating Officer (COO), will manage production areas and finances.
With this strategic decision, BINDER not only secures the company management for the second generation but also sets the course for a successful future. This measure strengthens the company internally and builds trust among our employees, partners, and customers. The new managing directors bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise from their many years of experience at BINDER, which will further develop the company in the coming years.
This new leadership structure is another milestone in the over 40-year history of the company and makes a significant contribution to achieving our long-term goals.
